Delivery Information

All orders are processed and dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland via Australia Post Express Post service within 2 business days.  Delivery estimates are calculated via Australia Post from the time of dispatch.
As each product is packed by hand and individually shipped, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year or during pandemics.
If by the rare chance your order isn’t dispatched within 2 business days, never fear!  We’re on to it and will notify you by email ASAP and keep you updated every step of the way.
We use Australia Post Express Post for all deliveries. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your Australia Post tracking number.  If you do not receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number within 3-4 business days, please contact us directly and we’ll jump straight on it.

Australia Post shipping rates are fixed for orders throughout Australia. All shipping rates are calculated when payment is received by Pink Vine presents. These rates are based directly on Australia Post shipping times and do not take into account any current disruptions that may cause delay, including delays caused by COVID-19*.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have received faulty products or receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding delivery costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products that are damaged or leak during shipping.

Refunds or exchanges will not be offered on products that are damaged due to accident, abuse, lack of care, misuse, mishandling or other abnormal use at any time after the risk and liability pass to the purchaser.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened BCP oil products are usually ineligible for return or refund.  However, cases that meet the specific criteria laid out within the ACCC guidelines may be eligible.  Please go to the ACCC website for more information.

Bank transfers are accepted. Please contact us prior to ordering to organise payment and collection / delivery of your goods.
